Hi guys
this time I emulated Andoni Iraola's 4-2-3-1 rock'n roll tactic.
With this tactic I won English Premier League and Carabao Cup with Bournemouth, an astonishing result, scoring 91 goals and conceding only 41, best attack and third best defense in English Premier League.
First of all, let's examine some stats: we had best attack, best goal per game, we were first for expected goals, for crosses completed for goals from corners (even if this stat is not directly related to Iraola's tactic because I did not emulate his set pieces strategies), first also for chances created, it's a proof that our team creates a lot of chances and is always very dangerous in the opponent's half and in their box. Then we were first also for number of shots and shots on target, so we produce a lot, but we struggle in conversion ratio, this is really identical to the reality because if you read Premier League analysis you can see that Bournemouth is incredible at winning the ball back, but struggles to score after a turnover. But most of all, we were first in the Premier League for high intensity sprints and I really loved to see this stats because it means our tactic is a faithful emulation of the real one. In defensive stats, we were the third best defense with 41 goals after City and Liverpool, but we allowed 7 goals from corners, not a very good stats, we also were first for fouls made and second for tackles won a sign that giving nearly all our players the instruction to tackle harder is useful to recreate what Iraola wants. As for player stats, Evanilson was the third best scorer of English Premier League with 24 goals, ahead of Haaland and Isak, and followed by Zabarnyi, our Ukrainian central defender with 17 and Kluivert with 15. Tavernier was English Premier League's best assistman with 14 assists, followed by Cook and Aarons with 11, while Milos Kerkez was the best for open play key passes (66) followed by Ouattara (63), Kluivert (60), Cook 58, Aarons (56), Scott (48), a sign that our team tries to find the pockets as most as possible.
