Why aren't my facepacks showing?

I have downloaded the megapack and extracted them into my newly made graphics folder. I have created a new config file using FMxml but they still aren't showing.

But still nothing...

Yeah sure

Downloaded the changes facepack instead of the main one and didn't notice, that's why all the main players didn't have faces and didn't notice the ones that did.

The full one takes hours to download! Hope it has the Indian league, only reason I'm downloading really.
