Currently, the fm24 startup animation is saved in the Football Manager 2024\data\game\movies\splash_fm folder

There are four ivf files that are actually four videos

The MP4-to-IVF websites I found on the Internet were all vague

I made a MP4 to ivf widget in python for HD conversion

Because it is HD conversion may take 1 to 2 minutes so wait a while

Tutorial: After selecting the file, click Convert to start the conversion
