- Gesture Options Appear
- If Smile Warmly is available: Use Smile Warmly + 2nd Positive Option.
- If Point Finger is the only option: Don’t Use Gesture + Neutral Option

Please what do you mean with “point finger is the only option”? If point finger is one of the options suggested and a smile isn't available as an option?
