Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2013/graphics/kits/put in here!
If there is no graphics folder there, create 'graphics'
FM13 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

The Team ID number in the config file that comes in the zip file is wrong. You'll need to change the number in the config file for the shirt to work. The ID in the file is 5624915 but it should be 23195015.
