can't get editor data files to work

I've spent ages trying to find why my editor data files aren't working as tactics, filters, games and databases cannot be imported as they just don't show up. This is strange because player faces, logos and skins for example all work.

 

Im sure everything is in the right place and I'm pretty sure its an issue with corrupted files as the files that don't work look like this, (1st attachment) and the files that do work look like this (2nd attachment).

 

Any help would be great because iv been trying to get this working for ages and even contacting the Sega support was useless.

So, try downloading the files again?

no but every time I download them that's how they come
