In this database I have created a Mediterranean league system featuring 100 clubs from cities or towns that border the Mediterranean Sea. The Italian league system has been recreated for this database, with all the rules regarding non-eu players and other considerable factors being erased. The database features a Super League, First league, Second League (A,B and C) and a Mediterranean Cup featuring only the 100 clubs on show in the top three tiers. The Italian Serie D does not connect to the league system as there is no relegation from the Third tier. The prize money and reputation of each trophy has also been increased to match the clubs on show.
The league system features clubs from 21 countries spread across three continents (Europe, Africa, Asia) and the nations with the most represented clubs are Italy, Spain and Greece. The full list of nations are : Spain, Gibraltar, France, Italy, Malta, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus (Europe). Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine (Asia). Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco (Africa). The biggest clubs featuring include; Barcelona, Valencia, Marseille, Monaco, Napoli, Roma, Lazio, Panathinaikos and Olympiacos!

League Structure:
Level 1 - Super League (20 clubs)
Level 2 - First League (20 clubs)
Level 3 - Second League (60 clubs) A, B and C (20 clubs each)
