Old transfer update data

Historical releases of the Data Update can be accessed via https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/releases.

However, I am not sure you can go as far back as you would like, unfortunately.

yeah but how can use those xmls ? cant load them in fm. they are not fmf file

Oh, that’s my bad. I thought that was a collection of the old ‘full format’ update for each day. My guess is that it is just the main ‘Changes.fmf’ content but in XML format.

Ill be able to confirm later when I am at my PC. What you probably can do is import that XML into the Pre-Game Editor then ‘Save Editor Data’ to crate the FMF.

But if it is just the main ‘Changes’ content, it won’t include promotions/relegations and it’ll just be the transfers, contract changes and newly-created players. I will check with the Site Admin what the intention is of these old releases.
