Like I said, too easy for Nibali. Wonder whether Froome and Contador would have struggled with it.

Mind you a very good and close battle for second.

Really thought someone would be able to stick with Nibali, it bugs the hell out of me though that when Froome does what Nibali is doing everyone online questions it but you see non of the same questions asked about Nibali. The most common excuse is well look at the riders he's competing against but its not really any different to what Froome had to contend with last year, aside from Quintana no one was in the race and he lost time early on because he was riding for Valverde.

That was one of the best stages I've seen, thought they were going to make it with the gap not coming down
