Is there a version that doesnt add new players, only the transfers?

Is there a way I can only get the transfers without the new players added into the game? Why is there not a separate file for only new players? I am using Daveincid's realism mod and he put the new players in his CA/PA changes so now I get duplicates. But it makes sense to have separate file for new wonderkids, why have they been moved to the big transfer update file? The problem is I cant manually edit out the players because I dont know which ones have been added.
