Third Division: 1st year: 30 teams, 7 promotions and 3 relegations. 2nd Year: 24 teams, 4 promotions, and 3 relegations
Fourth Division: 24 teams, 3 promotions, and 6 relegations
Fifth Division: 40 teams (2 groups), 6 promotions, and 9 relegations
Sixth Division: 60 teams (3 groups), 9 promotions, and 6 relegations
Seventh Division: 6 subdivisions, with one promotion per division
Eighth Division: 6 subdivisions, with two promotions per division, except for the central zone, which has four promotions
