Does anybody face dificulties with the latest data update files?

I used the today's one and the 25/08 one and when I sumbit the wanted leagues the loading bar stops for hours.**

Tried to make a save with the 24.3 dtb (without data updates) and worked, so no problems with my pc.

** Also my memory goes up to 93% when doing this.

Can anybody face this problem and relate?

Need help asap!
