Division I-II, 18 teams, all team has players. Rewards, rules, cup, evertyhing works. (At least worked when I tested)
BUT. I'm a lazy person so I just copy paste a lot of casual players, you will get rid of them anyways after 1-2 season. They only need to keep the league interesting.
If you want to dowload the logos of the teams, I uploaded that file too. (It should go to documents\football manager 26\graphics\women\europe)
