HI, how can i create or edit new profiles for coaches/managers/directors who may be in old databases and are now inactive? for example roberto donadoni.

Unfortunately, this is not something that is possible at the moment. It is only possible to amend contractual status of existing staff, who exist in the FM24/26 database. It isn't possible to create new non-playing staff (and this includes those who appear on the site's data but don't actually exist in the database anymore).

Sadly, you need to create them manually with the pre-game editor. Nothing hard, anyways.
