FM26 Match Engine Has Been Updated
FM26 Match Engine was just updated on February 11th which will have broken many tactics.
This is a generic message applied to all FM26 tactics check for tests with an ME Version 26.2 or greater.
For a YouTube video, I tried to recreate the tactics that Eintracht Frankfurt use in real life in Football Manager.

I simulated two separate seasons, each with slightly different transfers (the reason for this is a YouTube format). The best results were a third-place finish in the Bundesliga, a lost DFB-Pokal final, and an exit in the Champions League Round of 16 (plus ninth place in the Champions League league phase).

Out of curiosity, I also tested the tactic in a save with Chelsea, who feel like they can adapt to almost any formation and tactical setup due to their squad depth. After a strong league phase in the Champions League, it ended in a bitter elimination against Real Madrid. We were knocked out of the FA Cup on penalties, and league form was inconsistent—both the start and the end of the season were below par, while the middle part of the campaign went very well.

With AS Roma, this tactic has worked best for me so far. The league performance was dominant, and the Europa League campaign was extremely strong as well (only two defeats in the competition, one of which unfortunately came in the final). The only disappointment was the cup performance, with an early exit.
RC Strasbourg Alsace

I also tested the tactic with Strasbourg to include a Conference League–level team. The results were decent: a fourth-place finish in the league, which I consider solid (second place according to the xG table). In the Conference League, we were eliminated unnecessarily early against Servette after a strong league phase, and the performance in the domestic cup was too weak.
FC Energie Cottbus

Finally, I wanted to test the tactic once more with a team from a lower league, so I chose Energie Cottbus from the German third division (in real life they were top of the table before the winter break, but in FM they are more of a mid-table side). The league performance was decent overall, although the team clearly underperformed—according to the xG table, they would have finished second. In the DFB-Pokal, we were unfortunately knocked out in the first round on penalties against a second-division team, despite it being an even match. In the regional cup (which is essentially a must-win competition), we won the title convincingly.
