In addition of the official Ajax staff fix, made by @FMEditorX which can be found here, I made a facepack of the most possible staff members.
As the staff members are added manually, the unique IDs do not match for everyone. So you have to change them yourself.
Step 1
After you download the Ajax staff file, unpack it. A folder also called ‘Ajax staff’ will occure and put this in the faces graphics folder.
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 26\graphics\faces
Step 2
Open the folder, right click the config.xml file and click on ‘open with’ and choose ‘notepad’
You see a lot of lines written inside, but the only thing you have to do is changing the r-ID number to the ID number of the person in your game.
Step 3
You can search every person by name in game, but for me the fastest way to do this is to download FMRTE.
Install, open it and make sure you are in your save game in FM. In FMRTE click on ‘load game’.
After that you use the search bar to search for Ajax. Double click on it and choose for ‘staff’ at the left. Now you have a full list of every staff member.
Step 4
Double click on a staff member and you find their unique ID. Change that ID with the number in the notepad. Change the number of the red marked line below.

Step 5
Save the config file and restart Football Manager.
Some faces are still missing as they cannot be found.
