There are two paid products/subscriptions, overall - one is the Premium Membership, which “gives access to faster downloads from our servers rather than having to use free mirrors.” This is the product you are, currently, actively subscribed to.
The second is the Enhanced Data Update, which “gives you more than just transfers and promotions. It updates attributes throughout the game to make it play more realistically as well as Dynamic Data Files that make each save game unique. Plus it's updated every 20 minutes giving you live squads that reflect real life almost instantly.”
