Decided to do this the worst way possible with a 0 stat manager.

Just dropped the tactic onto the squad on the 21st of June 25, headed out on holiday until my sacking on the 14th of January 26 (177 days, lack of player confidence)
At that point, Gladbach was 17th, still in the DFB-Pokal, 3 Wins, 1 Loss were friendlies.
