Hi, I purchased a premium subscription on SortitoutSI mainly to download FM26 updates. However, when I try to download the Logo Pack or Face Pack, the website still asks me to purchase a subscription again.

I’m logged into the correct account and the payment has already gone through. Could you please tell me whether my subscription is properly activated or if graphics packs require a separate subscription?
