All players are newly transfered

When i try to transfer a player it says “This player is newly transfered” to all of the players. I tried cancelling the first transfer window but other clubs made their transfers meanwhile i sat there without a single player signed in. Is there a fix for it. It happnes in FM24 to 26/27 update.
