Payment confirmed but not working

I look for a direct e-mail address but couldn't find anything so I decided to write here

 

On Wednesday I paid the 10 £ you asked for having the best service and the best FM 26 data update. Payment in name of Fulvio Benusiglio with VISA ending for 5533.

I was. told that the payment was OK and to wait up to un hour for an e-mail from your side in oder to confirm the subscription. No e-mail arrived so no subscription was activated. 

Please take a look to this matter helping me to solve my problem or, at least, devolve me the money.

 

I think you will understand my position and hope it will solved as soon. If you have an e-mail where I can write to please let me have.
