Has anyone come up with a skin with the instant result button for FM14 yet please?

Why would you want an "instant result" button for in the first place? Just seems pointless.

But if you actually mean a button that says "leave game" then that's only available whenever you're receiving a touchline ban, well at least it was like on FM13.
