I am having a real problem keeping clean sheets, or even defending at times.

I have had multiple saves now with multiple tactics but can never seem to get teams to keep clean sheets. The team seems to be defending well enough and most defenders ratings have been between 6.5-7.4

I guess what bothers me the most is that no matter who I manage and who I play against I always concede a goal, so I can win 7-1, 6-2, and in most games against the reserves or under 20's they manage to score too. It kind of sucks constantly having the U 20's score 2 goals or even conceding in big wins.

Any advice on defending, and are any of experience these problems?

PS: I have noticed this game has extremely high scoring games, a lot of goals! here are some screenshots to kind of show what I am talking about (these are from my current career)
