become tactical genius

this challenge is not about regen or something.. just make you tactical genius.. b'cos i've tactical interest with 4-4-2 like pellegrini always use or moyes and sir alex or anchelotti in psg.. moyes and sir alex maybe always use 4-3-2-1 but when they paly u can see it clearly like 4-4-2 and i think they're amazing..but i still dunno how to manage it in FM 14..
