Is it possible to give my manager a picture after I've started my save? Or is it only possible to give him a picture before starting the save (when filling out all the manager info)?

There is a way, but tit's not simple.

First of all you need to rename the picture you want to use as the ID of your profile in game.

Go to your Documents folder > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2014, create a graphics folder (if one doesn't exist already), create a folder named whatever you want (perhaps manager picture will do)

Paste the renamed picture (which needs to be in png format and ideally 180x180) into this last folder.

Open your notepad, and paste this text:

<!-- turn off auto mapping -->
<boolean id="amap" value="false"/>

<!-- logo mappings -->
<!-- the following XML maps pictures inside this folder into other positions

place in the graphics folder and still have the game pick up the graphics
files from the correct places

<record from="xxxxxxxxxx" to="graphics/pictures/person/xxxxxxxxxx/portrait"/>

where "xxxxxxxxxx" is both the ID of your in-game profile and picture file name.

Close and save the text file as a .xml extension. File name should be config.xml. Move this file into the manager picture folder.

That should do the trick.

Just to clarify about this part, wherever those x's appear I need to replace them with my manager's in-game unique ID? So for example, it'd look like this:

?
