All missing images, and those that are improvements over the current MP image will certainly get into the megapack from these releases. So, if you're patient and can wait for the MP updates, there's no real need to download these packs.

However, not ALL images will be added to the MP, so if you're particular about getting this year's kits on the players - it could still be worth it.

Still can't get to any downloads on file-upload.net. I've tried with different browsers, but all I get are links to software downloads and not the team pack.
