Added player pics scrambled

Hello,
I could not find anything on this subject in the forum so I hope I am not posting a repeat thread. I am having some problems with adding new player photos to FM14. I am sure I did things right but the pictures are showing up scrambled and not what I placed in the folder. I have added the pictures to the right folders and edited the config. The picture is the right size 180x180 and is png format. The ID number is correct. All the other pictures show up great it is only the ones I add that do not show properly.

Things I have tried:
unticked use catching
Cleared Catch
Reloaded skin
Restarted game

Anyone have same problem or know what I have missed?

have you created these players??? and if so are you using any other files where you/someone may have created people(be they staff/agents/players etc )

No, none of the players I added pics for were created. They are on my reserve team and have no pics and I found some of them online and tried adding there picture to there ID. I did this easily with FM13 but with FM14 it does not seem to be working. Also if the name has an ID# you should be able to place a picture to it.

Has anyone tried adding pics at all with no problems. I must be doing something wrong.

PS
I can add the pic to FM13 using a different ID but will not work on FM14 using ID matching the player I am trying to add it to.

Okay I have figured out the problem. The pictures I added were the right size and in PGN format but the images were locked so had to use photoshop and goto Image > Mode > lock and change it to Image > Mode > RGB and now they show perfectly.

Should also add whenever I would sometimes click onto those scrambled images profile page I would get a Bing sound and the Game would stop responding. Now no problems.
