Copied all files (as usual in the past years) in the right directories, but the adboards are not showing/displayed during the 3D matches..... Why?
Is someone there who knows how to let them work??

Did you reloaded the skins (under preference/interface)?
Note: you have to rename ALL Folder AND Subfolder and Sub-Sub-Folders !!!!! Everything concerning the Adboards!!
(Country-Name, Club-Name, Competition-Name)

Thanks, do I have to use all the directories? I play for Arsenal, and I want to use only Premier League and Champions League...PL AD Boards works now, but in Champions league i have ads from some FIFA competition...
Could I delete Africa, Asia, etc...?

In the directory C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\ads are two directories: Club Adboards & No Clubs Adboards.
When you want to see the CL-adboards you have to change the fm.xml from one of the two directories mentioned. (i'm not sure why this is so. But when i play in CL i also have only the club's adboards).... Try to copy the fm.xml from one of them to the directory ads. Note: this directories come from the "real name-patch". read the instruction from them!

Still not working. What should I do with default folder in graphics/pictures/ads/default ?

no, i leaved this folder as before. did you also renamed the competitions? i.e. Premiership --> premiership or Clubs --> clubs.... Arsenal --> arsenal??

AND: don't forget to reload the skins!!! (Preferences / Interface)... Clear also the Cache.

Now I want to have CL adboards which is not working...i think boards from default directory are used for CL games...I dont know why...

i am using club adboards fm.xml file... but the championsleague-adboards are also with this file not showing.... strange thing
yes, the other countries u have only rename, when you will see them also in other competition in games with those clubs, i.e. EL or CL. if not, the default-ads will be showed!

Q. Why are there two different xml files?
A. As the folder names suggest one xml file contains club specific ad-boards and one doesn’t. This has been done as in previous patches people have complained that they see clubs specific ad-boards in cup competitions. Due the way the xml file there is no way around this using code. The only solution would be the use of two files.
For example say you are Arsenal and want Arsenal specific ad-boards in the Premiership and the Champions league ad-boards in the Champions League you would follow these steps;
1. Load up FM with the Club Specific config file in use
2. Play your league game (Arsenal ads will show)
3. Before your Champions League game Save and quit FM14
4. Replace the club specific config file with the non club config file.
5. Re boot FM14
6. Play your Champions League match (Champions League ads will show)
