I use the FM dark skin and changed the colours of the attributes on preferences!

Finally managed to get round to this. Sorry it took so long. It was Hibs that we drew I looked up the rules and it looks like a bug.
"In the qualifying rounds and the play-off round, teams were divided into seeded and unseeded teams based on their 2013 UEFA club coefficients, and then drawn into two-legged home-and-away ties. Teams from the same association could not be drawn against each other." - Taken from Wikipedia.
No matter we came from behind to go into the second leg with the advantage.

It wasn't that we were that bad, Dundee Utd just played better. The two early goals was a huge set back. I wish I could say that I rested the squad for the qualifier but most of them played. Hopefully it was a one-off, I might make a few tactical adjustments.
I also made my first signing just before the 2nd leg. Tony Watt joins until the end of the season with us paying 50% of his £3.5k p/w wage.

3-2 on aggregate was enough to reach the final qualification round. We didn't go through very comfortably. But we're through nonetheless. Not sure for how long though we face Dortmund next.
I've went with a 4-4-1-1 direct game.

Bounced back to the opening defeat with a win and a clean sheet with youngster John Colmean grabbing a brace. This is the tactic and starting XI I'm going with seems to be working ok so far after a few tweaks.

A match we really should have win leaves us in the bottom half of the table. It's still early days, a few wins on the bounce should see us shoot up the table.

Right thats me finished. Let me talk you through this horrible run of form.
I'll start with Celtic and Dortmund at home. Both games we went 1-0 up and then through it away. I didn't expect to win either but it was tough to be winning and then lose.
The 4-3 epic with Hearts. We were 3-0 and before they pulled it back, luckily we got a late winner to secure the 3 points. A very good result in Germany but it wasn't enough to keep us in the competition. The Motherwell game we just fell apart. The teams moral is pretty bad and could be effecting the results.
Not a good start to the campaign. Also our best midfielder Stuart Kettlewell was ruled out for 3-4 months with a torn hamstring.

Well lets say we were very dirty in this game, We would of easily won this without getting two sent off!! but the gutting thing is that we gave away a pen on the 88th minute

I have changed the formation and its worked wonders! Arthuro set up 3 of them and scored! good game !

I have signed Fathi, because he can play in many positions and we need a RWB and he con comfortably play there! bit high on the wages though

Great win! Fathi scoring on his debut which will build his confidence! John Coleman got two footed and injured 3-4 week :/ but apart from that we are through to the quarter final !
