Need Help with Player Faces Pack

i had downloaded the soritoutsi megapack a few months ago and all the faces had worked perfectly...however today i had changed my skin and the faces in the megapack 6.3 do not get recognized whilst all the other faces in the other packs (6.0,6.1,6.2) are all fine and show up in the game. i have tried to get the faces back by changing and removing the skin.

any help will be greatly appreciated
