Silva was right on the spot for that hug with Dzeko. Can't blame him

Meyler gets away with it. No action to be taken. Prick.

'Referee Craig Pawson confirmed he did see the incident meaning there is no way the FA can take retrospective action on Meyler.'

Pawson's fucking useless.

It should be changed, definitely.

One of the stupidist things in modern football.

Januzaj, as much of a little cunt that he is, could have had his leg broken there.

Funny thing is he saw the incident and gave a free kick to Hull.

Suppose, but still, he saw it and bizarrely did nothing. Meyler was on a yellow too, useless ref.

Norwich City FC have to better West Bromwich Albion's result on Sunday and score 17 goals minimum to stand any chance of staying up in the Premier League.

Or if you prefer - if the Baggies lost by eight goals, Norwich would only need to win by nine.

Yeah, good luck with that.

Still immensely frustrating but he's really stepped up in the last few weeks, so it's hard to complain about him too much.

Be hilarious if that happened.

I hate Norwich, so would like to see them relegated.

I also want Nathan Redmond.

Yeah, he made a few good passes (including his contribution for the first goal) but that definitely wasn't one of his better games, he didn't look that sharp. Yaya was fairly subdued too.

Right, I'm now convinced that Gary Monk is actually Alan Tudyk rehearsing for an upcoming role

I wouldn't be too surprised to see Swansea go down next season if Bony leaves. Monk hasn't convinced, really.

In that case, he'll probably be sacked before Christmas, replaced with someone competent and they'll stay up because other teams are worse.

Really not impressed with Monk. Seemed like a bit pathetic when Swansea beat Newcastle.

Am I alone in thinking Bony isn't that good? He's a good goalscorer but he doesn't seem to offer that much else.

This is one of them interesting questions to ask with regards to a striker.

On one hand, if a striker isn't scoring goals but still contributes in other areas, they'll still be somewhat deemed to not be doing their job. Yet, if they are scoring goals but don't quite happen to offer much else, some still feel that isn't good enough either. The perils of being a striker I guess.

He's a good player, limited, but good. Given it's only his first season at the club and in a side that has gone backwards this season, he has been a positive. I think he'd have been even better had Michu not been out for as long as he has been. He tends to find himself isolated, which makes it difficult. Still think he's a good player and with some extra support around him he'd offer more.

Bony is prime candidate for a one season wonder imo.

That said, I think he's a better player than most give him credit for, he's just quite ungainly and looks scruffy.

I've never seen a bad word said about him. I think people love him because he looks cool. Arsenal or whoever would be better off spending £20m or so elsewhere imo.

In other news anyone who takes a banner to a football match, is an absolute prick. Desperate to get on Sky and MOTD.

Scudamore is in trouble.

Premier League chief Richard Scudamore’s sexist views are today exposed by his former PA.

She reveals how the boss who publicly backs women’s football exchanged sleazy emails with senior colleagues in which females were referred to as “gash”.

In one message, married Scudamore told a lawyer friend who works on behalf of th Premier League to keep a woman colleague they nicknamed Edna “off your shaft”.

And in another he said: “I had a girlfriend once called double decker… happy for you to play upstairs, but her Dad got angry if you went below”. He also mocked “female irrationality” and forwarded one joke from a pal about a prince who “banged skinny big t****d broads”. Scudamore – who will be at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium today for their expected crowning as Premier League champions – likes to be seen as a champion of equality in the game.

He has joined forces with the FA and Sports England to promote a new FA Women and Girls programme with a £2.4million investment over two years.

The soccer boss has publicly claimed the league strives to be at “the leading edge” of the “whole equality agenda”.

But his former PA saw another side to 54-year-old Scudamore who earns more than £1million a year. She told the Sunday Mirror his emails were sent to her automatically while she was working for him at the Premier League last October so she could arrange his diary.

Maybe he's turned it around but I remember Swansea fans laying into him for his perceived inability to fit into their system despite scoring goals.

Also, bye bye Scudamore. No way he's surviving that.

Any chance this is related to the 'Pardew is a cunt' banner that some Newcastle fans have today, rather than anyone who takes a banner?
