There's quite a bit wrong with the current MP image as it's overly blue and has a good amount of snow around his hair. Too bad that HQ image was so old since it's so high quality.
I was able to do this with the current cut, but it still doesn't look natural to me. Better than the current cut though.

What about not posting that non-improvement request twice a day? Instead you could just remove all your requests, since none of them is an improvement.

I've saved him the work and deleted them myself...
I'm going to just start deleting posts which are made by repeat offenders. If they don't care about following the rules, then I don't see why I should care about their posts.

Apologies, but I assumed it was the same request.
Do make sure you link directly to the image and not the page it's located on. Doing so ensures that cutters can immediately see whether the source produced is worth cutting.
Have a look at how I modified your earlier request to see the difference between the 2.
