yup, i did that... the problem is the kit is working normal before... and then i don't know why when i play again it's disappear... i try to create a new game and the kits isn't showing too.. i try to reload skin and it isn't working...

ok can you tell me or show me your screenshot thats where you put in folders and which league of pack you download them and not showing kits?

Whenever there's an empty space being displayed instead of a custom graphic (such as here), then it is 100% a config issue, otherwise you would see the default SI graphics being displayed instead (such as the default player faces for manager, captain etc displayed in hammer's screenshot for example).
You mention that you've re-downloaded some kits and I suspect this may have caused your kit disappearance issue. Make sure that (a) there is no case of a config file in an otherwise empty folder and that (b) any Premier League folder you have does indeed include the Tottenham kits.
In the absence of a closer look at each and every folder in your folder structure, that's the best I can do

before i re-downloaded the kits already gone... that's why i delete the old one and then download again.. and the missing kits not only tottenham, but all of the club, even from the other league gone...

I have gone through the Xml file and the names all match up, all the club numbers are correct , no capitals etc.
Cleared cache and reloaded skin.
Restarted fm15 several times.
Deleted and reinstalled the pack
It even doesn't work with the long sleeve version from 2012
Normally i am the one helping friends with this i am at my wits end. any ideas?

which you download from is it SS'13/14 or 14/15? are you play FM14? 15? 13? and you sure you put right place as folder?

location i put it.
I have been doing kits and badges for years and i do not normally have an issue. i have checked the XML file and its perfect (obviously)
SS14/15 on FM15

You do not specify whether no kits at all appear for the clubs mentioned or whether the default kits are displayed. If the former, then it is definitely the case that there is a config in an empty folder.

I got a question. Do you know were I can find the original kit files that are used in Football Manager 2015.
I have a team ingame that hasn't a sponsor on there shirt, since they got one I would like to add the text on the shirt.
I'm not good enough with photoshop to reproduce the complete shirt but I am able to add a text on the shirt.
I hope it's possible. The shirts I'm looking are from Roda JC.

You need to extract the images with the FM resource archiver from [Steam game installation folder] > data > graphics

I took the drastic stage of deleting all graphics except the kits from the graphics folder as shown in the screenshots
You can see Aston Villa is as expected. only the kits showing, but Southampton as you can see just shows the default kit.
Hammer i did download you update (SSKCC15) and even started a new game but no luck

i thought you use SS kits but this showing kit was Standard kit...you not need SSKCC15, they are for SS kits!!!
