1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2014 or 2015/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM14 - click 'Load Game'....click 'FM'...click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click 'Clear Cache'...click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' (if you first time)....click 'Reload Skin'
2b. FM15 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

Here is what you need to do..
Preference > Interface > Appearance
Untick - Use caching to decrease page loading times
Tick - Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences
Click on Confirm
Clearing the cache files will always make the terms and conditions appear and also any of them dont show this again messages back on.
But now and then its needed but not this time i hope.
Can you show me an image of the files in the folder you have for fm, if the above didnt fix the issue so i can help further

try normal as FM skin......do first, clear cache, change to FM skin, reload skin...see if working...

they are all double folders one named MACOSX if that helps??
i have made it work if you are having the same problem as me you have to:
1. open the file up and you will see MACOSX with prem underneath
2. open the prem file and there will be another one that looks the same that is the one you want
3. drag that one in the graphics/kits section as a separate file and remove the other one then do the preference thing on football manager again and you should be good to go

you have 'kits' and 'SS kits' folder....what 'kits' folder for? and you may need SSKCC as well - http://sortitoutsi.net/forums/topic/13338/some-kits-not-working-sskcc15-v1-for-ss-kits-only-on-fm15-05112014

SSKCC should C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\editor data\ put in SSKCC

Ok cool and then what move all the kits including the 3D kits and the 2D ones into there?
