1. Extract folder to Documents/Sport Interactive/Football Manager 2014 or 2015/graphics/kits/put in here!
( If there is no graphics folder there, create "graphics" )
2. FM14 - click 'Load Game'....click 'FM'...click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click 'Clear Cache'...click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes' (if you first time)....click 'Reload Skin'
2b. FM15 - click 'Preferences'...click 'Interface'....click unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times and click tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in preferences'.....click 'Reload Skin'.

sorry, i just test them on FM14 with shadow thats after i add Southampton 3rd kit thats i forgot to replace West Ham kits as normal...now relink.

Yeah I've got SSKCC. All the others worked but not Saints 3rd shirt. I've sorted it myself now anyway. Just had to go in to the data editor and manually add Southampton with a 3rd kit and now the official one shows up in game.

try going into game editor.....
its possible to change them this way
away and third kits are different due to fa cup, league cup, champions league etc
that's most likely why they aren't showing

It is the on screen display.. IE when wearing the blue third kit for an away cup or European game it shows up as the default kit when scoring a goal. What would I have to change in the editor do you know?
It wouldn't effect my save game now anyway would it?

away kit YELLOW
third kit BLUE
In the editor I have deleted everything kit wise that says - Champions League - FA Cup League UEFA Cup etc
for these teams
BMG
Man City
Arsenal
Dortmund
think there was one more club >>>>>
You need to start a new game though with the editor data files in order for it to work
