Seasons expectations
I have decided to go for Europa League qualification. I felt that where we should be aiming for this season with the players we have got.

Pre signed him last season or so. Got big future ahead of him, will compete with other strikers this season.
He was the hottest property few months back with top clubs was after him so I made my move on him and glad to see him accepted our offer to join us.
I signed him few months ago before selling Widmer to Fulham. He looks promising and good price to get him. Will be no 1 at RB.
The big man finally arrives
Signed him few weeks after Zlatan pre signed with us. Decided to bring him in for rotation as Thomsen's back up.
Hopefully will be Leali's replacements in few years time.

Kieran Trippier - Kept whinging about not playing games for us, Wigan took him off me in the end. Made a loss on him.
Cabeção - Decided to sell him as I felt he wasn't developing well as I was hoping. Better off elsewhere.
Silvan Widmer - My mind made up when he kept making too many mistakes this season which I decided to sell him to Fulham.
Danny Whitehead - some reason he was at the club when his contract has expired so I release him.
Hervin Ongenda - Never performed for us at his best and probably the worst signing I have made.
Josh Harrop - I decided to sell him due to other players in midfielders.
Jon Aurtenetxe - Sold him as he kept moaning about lack of game time.
Jérémie Porsan-Clemente - A tough one to make here, I decided to sell him as I felt it's time to sell him after having a good season with us. Especially we got other guys coming in.
Walid Abdel Azim - Thanks fuck for that, was bloody terrible for us but brilliant for Egypt. Glad they took him off me.
Staff changes
Also been busy making changes to our backroom staff due to few scouts retiring.
Brought him in to boost our knowledge in Asia region. Currently scouting in Central Asia.
Decided to bring in English scout due to Robson retired. Will be scouting U's19 league.
Same with Fedorov, just to boost our knowledge and hopefully he can pick up hidden gem in Asia, scouting in East Asia.
Brought him in as Bereta's replacement. As Bereta is retiring next season, I decided to bring in someone else and gave Bereta his retirement a year early. Will be scouting France U's19 league.
Comes in as Daniel Onedga's replacements, currently scouting South America.

Staff changes
Spent a lot of time looking for scouts to expand our knowledge round the world.
Brought him in as we we now got Belgium top league loaded up. Scouting Belgium U's18 leagues.
I asked him to recommend a player from his old club (Club Brugge) He came up with this guy;
Just has my bid rejected by them, he's unhappy they turned down our bid for him.
Just to boost our knowledge in Eastern Europe.

Just joined us from France
Decided to cash him in and give youngsters a chance for this season.
Here are youngsters I'm looking at for Tah's replacements. I'm swaying toward Hornig. But we could be losing Vida to Real Madrid as they came in with a bid of 6.5M and I just tried to negotiated it up few millions. I have also got Nicolas Isimat-Mirin, Josh Pask and Reece Burke as well.
Hornig is refusing to enter contracts talks as Dortmund are interested in him apparently so he could be sold.
Now I'm going Belgian crazy and looking at their youngsters /o\

Brought in 3 more players, Won't be signing anyone til January at least.
His agent offered him to me and I couldn't turn him down and will be decent player for us.
His performance caught my eye at World Cup which made me go for him. Surprised I got him for 3.9M

FIFA World Cup
Belgium won the World Cup, beating Spain on penalties. Which I attended and was a crazy match
England - Went out in group stages with Belgium, Mali and Mexico. They beat Mali, 2-1. Lost to Mexico, 3-2. Drew 1-1 with Belgium. Finished 3rd.
About to finish off my pre season so I will post it up shortly

Pre season results
Decided to go on tour to Argentina (made about 500K each game) I did try arrange tour to USA but couldn't get the MLS team
Against San Lorenzo, I decided to go for 3-1-4-2 formation, we did play well but we was getting battered by them, wasn't alot to report really. Thomsen was named man of the match. Fair result in the end.
Massively disappointed to lose to Estudiantes de La Plata, even we dominated the game. Went for 4-5-1 formation. John Alonso set up Aaron Lennon with a pass for his goal on 8th minutes. We just couldn't stop their wonderkid (Yes I'm signing him depending on WP) who came on half time to score 2 goals in second half. First goal was a poor clearance from Haroyan which he banged it in afterwards, second goal was mistake from Howes, who parried someone shot in his direction to tap in the winning goal.
For our second match against San Lorenzo, Went for 4-4-2 with Giroud and Zlatan up front. Another match we dominated but yet lost. Giroud and Zlatan miss few chances to score but more importantly was getting their fitness back to match day fit. Their goal was coming from corner in second half.
Finally a win against Estudiantes
I felt Yoan Pelletier was great for us for last 2 games then I get this

Pretty happy with that, we should be able to get past whoever we get in this one.
