End of season review and May 2015




We travel to Old Trafford and we went behind 2-0 on 19th minute with Falcao getting goal on 11th and 19th minutes. We managed to pull one back on 52nd minutes with header from James Tomkins from corner. We did have chances before we scored and afterward but Sakho was the guilty one of missing those chances Van Persie killed the game off few minutes later.

Done the double over Spuds \o/ \o/ Valencia put us in the lead on 30th minutes after heading in Cresswell's cross into top corner. Poor marking from Cresswell didn't attempt to tackle Townsend to prevent him from scoring outside the box a minute later after we was in the lead.

Ah, Jaanai Gordon. I put him on the bench and brought him on at half time as Sakho was shocking (no shock there) which made his debut for us and got us the winner after heading in Valencia's flick on from far post.

Shocking performance against Sunderland, we took the lead via Reid's header from Jarvis cross. We conceded a long range shot (surprise surprise) from Bridcutt on 54th minutes. Mistakes from Tomkins and Cresswell gifted Danny Graham 2 goals on 72 and 90+2 minutes to send us crashing.

Last match of the season was at home to West Brom, we was awful and once again, Sakho keep missing chances, even he scored for us within 20 seconds after the game started. West Brom got their goal on 68th minutes with a goal from Varela after Cresswell didn't mark him and he was left alone to score to get a point for them.

Suffered 1-0 loss in the final Rooney scored the only goal on 43rd minute after our defence didn't close him down enough. We had chances from Carroll and Valencia but De Gea made saves against them. Lucas Romero was named MOTM.

We finished 11th which I'm quite disappointed about as I was hoping for 8th or 9th finish, hopefully we can do better next season.

Chelsea could have won the league if they did win their game in hand against QPR, but they lost 2-1, which handed Man Utd the title with a game to spare. And poor old Man City not playing in Europe next season




We was confirmed to be playing in Europa League next season

Will be looking to bring in new goalkeeper, left and right back and goalscoring striker.

Lyon have been relegated from Ligue 1 after finishing 18th

Hmmm, not sure what to make of the transfer budget. Was hoping for slightly more than 9.25M.

Pre season/ August 2015




Arranged tour to Jordan and Japan to make money. Disappointed with few game in Japan as defence was constantly making mistakes espically Collins who made 3 mistakes against FC Tokyo. We was just testing out new formation and see which one clicks for us and testing out players as well.

Kicked off the season with 2-1 lost to Everton We was heading for a draw til Everton's Meterns headed in on 90+2 minutes.

Shocking performance against Nottingham Forest despite us winning thanks to own goal from Halford. We will face Man Utd at home next round.

Utterly pathetic performance from the team against newly promoted, Blackburn Rovers. Conceded a goal from corner and long range shot.

Will have to go back to the drawing board and see where the problems is.

Europa League Group H



Quite tough group we are drawn in. I think we can get good result against Anderlecht and Strømsgodset. Will be tough against AC Milan.


Transfers



Spent heavily in the summer and sees us sold our players to reduce the wages. Surprised to see Hoff offered 26M for Zarate. Glad to see we sold useless Andy Carroll to Stoke



Our new number 1 keeper, Delighted to sign him, matched his minimum release clause (3.8M) and rest was history. Promoted Sam Howes to first team this season.



Signing Kyle Walker didn't go down well with Hammers fans /o\ But I felt he'd be a good addition to our right back and definitely a starter.



Surprised we got him on cheap and will be looking at him to score goals for us this season.



Very decent player for us and will be rotating with Zapata.



Quite happy to snap him up, was released by Stade Rennais and was chased by over 10 clubs. Glad to see him sign for us. Will be a starter alongside Reid in defence.



Brought him in on loan and will be back up to the players. Will get game time in Cup matches.

Have also sacked Terry Westley as HOYD and replaced him with David Paranby. And brought in Rob Bone from Middlesborough for scouts.

September 2015



Another disaster month from us despite picking up 2 wins.

Started the month with a much better performance, Valencia was in top form and was terrorizing QPR defence with 2 goals.

We gave it a damn good go against AC Milan, we was beaten by 2 long range shots as usual and last minute counter attacking for their 3rd goal. We has chances to score but Zapata kept hitting the post

I'm heartbroken over our loss against Spurs. We went 2-0 up at half time with own goal and Cerri. Spurs pulled 2 back through Kane and Townsend. Spurs's Tore got them the winner on 90+1

Man Utd got so lucky to beat us with a fluke goal from Henriquez and pathetic defending let Hernandez and Luke Shaw score all 3 goals in first half. Cerri got us the goal which could have got us going but De Gea was in superman mode and couldn't break him down.

Finally a win, and a 1-0 win over Norwich with Matt Jarvis took advantage of Ryan Bennett's mistake to score the only goal.

October 2015



I have dropped 4-1-4-1 to 4-2-3-1 before we played Strømsgodset

We completely battered Strømsgodset despite us winning the game, 2-0.

We was unlucky to lose to Southampton, we went behind on 6th minute with Jo striking inside the box after Gaston's flick on toward the centre of the box. Jarvis got us one back after half time, heading in Kyle Walker's cross from far post. They got the winner on 82nd minutes, Jay Rodriguez headed in Steve Davis's corner kick from near post into top corner.

Bounced back with a 3-1 win over Newcastle. Matt Jarvis put us in the lead on 15th minutes, running onto Romero's pass and striking it toward the 6 yards box to score. Newcastle got a goal back by a fluke shot from Hahn. 2 minutes later Zapata bagged his first goal for us, was put through by Morrison's through pass to put the ball into the net. Kana-Biyik put the game to bed with a strike after Romero's shot was parried by their keeper.

Massively disappointed not to come away with 3 points. We raced to 3-1 up with goals from Morrison, Kana-Biyik and Noble's penalty. but Aleksandar Mitrović's hat trick was the difference with him getting his team a point, we has chances to score but their keeper was in good form against us.

We was poor against Wigan but a draw was a fair result in the end.

Gutted not to beat Man Utd even we was the better side. We went behind on second minute with striker from Van Persie. We was awarded a penalty on 25th minutes after Rafael fouled Jarvis, Noble stepped up and De Gea saved it. First penalty miss this season for Noble. 10 minutes later, we has a perfectly goal by Reid was disallowed Enner Valencia got us level on 54 minute, striking from outside the box to score his goal. Fellaini got sent off for double booking on 79 minutes but we couldn't get going to try and get the winner. Then all of sudden Reid got straight red card for 'professional foul' on Rooney on 81st minutes which I appealed after the game. Things got worse for Man Utd as Rafael was sent off for double booking on 89th minutes. They rarely threatened us and we has better chances and has 3 CCC. Disappointing not to win.
