He was indeed added in 7.01. Are you sure you have downloaded all the update packs? How many images in total do you have in your MP folder?
Agree 100%. The cutters are outweighed by the requesters by quite a large margin at the moment. It would be a shame if some of the excellent sources provided in here are lost to posterity, and I'm sure they will all be cut eventually...
