You should crop them as much closer to the chin as you can,also top of the head should be as much closer to the up edge of the photo.

That is, in fact, the source from which the current MP is cut.

Please, everyone, stop requesting images, such as the above, which are of a similar quality and which don't have the advantage of being substantially newer. I'd much rather our cutters concentrate on cutting REAL improvements and missing images. Providing a slightly different cut for a person who has a perfectly good MP image serves no real purpose at the end of the day imo.

And I'm reasonably sure that source was requested a while back, was cut and wasn't good enough for the MP imo anyway...
