Seriously though it's annoying as fuck. The commentators were going on about Simeone last night like he was a fucking god amongst mortals. It was annoying as fuck considering their tactics at times are just to kick lumps out of players.

Simone's getting plaudits cause he's a great manager and getting some great results. I'd hardly call Atletico boring too

Most big clubs do it in big games tbf, when it's a close game or you're not comfortable you'll pull little tricks to get an advantage. Don't think I could name one club that doesn't. Although yeah they do it to different degrees and Atletico can be quite bad

Atletico are more "thuggish" and hot-headed in big matches, resorting to dirty play a lot. It's different to the diving and rolling around shite in terms of "dirty play" but I'd say it's higher on the scale

Last few posts makes me think I'd like Atletico if I ever bothered to watch Spanish football.

Same, i'd much rather watch a thuggish team than a bunch of pussies rolling around on the floor for 90 mins like we see in every El Clasico nowadays.
