These two have switched IDs,but never mind....I cut them from different sources below.

I found the original source image,and we can see there are no hair details in your cut.
Try to work on some high quality source.
You left a lot of empty space over the head.
Every cut should include at least 2-3 pixels of collar.
Ears are usually the most annoying thing when cutting,try to perfect it.

To be fair, it's not very good. It's also saved as jpg in tinypic, although it is a png file and thus it had to be manually changed. Click the image to get it bigger.
