Start new game with live data update

Because this game is based on 2014/2015 season, will starting a new game have the latest transfers ie ings to liverpool at the start of the season or will the transfer take place automaticly for the next season?

right, i have just answered my own question.
i have downloaded and started a new game using liverpool. the transfers or Danny Ings and James Milner are there but not as future transfers.
so the update is invalid for the start of the 2014 season.

might be best not to use the update at all and just use the original game data base that is up to date with the winter transfers.

Is it possible to make a version of the data update where the real life transfers from this summer would happen as "future transfers", in summer 2015? I would really love a more realistic approach like this.

it would take definetly more time to do this, but that's why the updaters make also promotion/relegation files, to make as accurate transfer update as possible.

And another thing - CA/PA update with the updates you're talking about. Ings developed IRL and he's moving to Liverpool. Are you sure that all players which are moving from weaker to stronger clubs, will develop in FM like in real life ?
