What do I like about Webster?
Ive watched Webster alot in U18 & U23 games for Chelsea & he looks like a Kovacic type player. Running with the ball through the middle & being creative.
In terms of FM I like that he is good at set pieces with 13 Free Kicks & Penalty Taking.
I am currently doing a Chelsea save to finish FM22 & you can see how he has developed for me in the screenshots above
He has made 33 appearances so far for Chelsea, also playing 51 games on loan at Leyton Orient on loan. He has scored 3 goals for Chelsea so far & 10 for Leyton Orient
What has gone up from the 1st screenshot?
So Webster's Stamina has gone up by 7. Yes 7. WOW. His Vision gone up by 4.
I mentioned above Dribbling, Passing, Tackling & Decisions need to be improved.
Dribbling is up by 2, Passing is up by 3, Tackling up by 1 & Decisions up by 3.
First Touch, Long Shots, Technique, Composure & Team Work have gone up by 2.

I believe Charlie Webster will be one of Chelseas high potential playera on FM23

What to improve - Composure & Decisions.

He has good composure & decisions but it can be better in my opinion.

Tackling can also be improved.
 

What do I like about Simons?

I've watched Simons since he was 13 years old & I knew he'd be the star he is today from day 1. In terms of FM I like his 14 First Touch, 14 Technique & 13 Passing. 3 attributes I like to see in a midfield player.
 

I believe he also has high consistency & loves big matches.

I've done a 5 year experiment to see how he developed. He made 89 appearances for PSG 2nd Team then moved to Caen in 2025 where he has made 32 appearances & scored 5 goals.
 

What attributes went up after 5 years?
Dribbling, Finishing, First Touch, Heading, Tackling, Technique, Balance & Stamina all gone up by 2.
 

Long Shots, Passing, Composure, Decisions, Off The Ball, Positioning, Vision, Work Rate & Agility all gone up by 3.
