@SirTAVARES That won't work though. He will make the transfer on the first of January 2020 in-game, while it should be the first of January 2019 because of the reduced year. This will be impossible to do via the editor on the site, so I think it's better if you transfer him to Benfica on 1 January 2019 in your Player and Staff Changes file.
that does seem the best option if the on site editor causing the issue
as far as I was aware the reduced contract file is bugged as it was showing errors in many contract end dates is this now resolved?

we will only know if he shows up before january if Benfica sign him into the League, but guess not

yes mate thats the statement I saw it looks he will be fit to pass a medical in November but obviously cant be registered until January
so no doubt this will happen(unless he picks up a major injury on top of this one)but he cannot be officially a Benfica player until next window
