@LBOW6 I believe he is still at Brighton, but the role he has at Brighton is very specific and can't really be implemented ingame.

Rangers. David Weir now has a role as Assistant Manager First Team.David Weir now has a club contract until 30th June 2019.
U23 coach would be the best option imo.
