What do you mean exactly? He's showing up fine in-game for me
When I search for him, he doesn't show up in the game. I looked at the Girondins and Shakhtar squads but he wasn't appearing in either of them.

Sorry but there is no way for us to find out what causes that, and it's definitely not this update. Can you start a new game just to check if he does appear then?
