Legendary Squad Numbers

Just about to sort my squad numbers out, when I notice at the bottom of the screen

"The number 7 shirt was famously worn by George Best"

Is there anywhere these sorts of squad-number specific notes can be added, edited, etc? I've checked in the editor, and looked through the inc and xml files, but can't find anything. Anyone any ideas?

Nice idea, I don't know the answer but would like to see it.
