hi all iv just reset all computer and when I go to download kits etc to put back in to my game there wont download, says I need to search for an app anyone HELP

You''ll have to be a bit more specific than that. Can you describe exactly (a) what files you're trying to download and (b) what is the EXACT error message you're seeing?

It’s when I try downloading anything for the game like kits, badges and faces etc, message I get is in he attachment

Yeah I have now and kits are working , must have been my 7 zip not working thanks
