I remember that for FMT18 or 17 deleted this files(brazil_kits.dbc, forbidden names.dbc, Licensing2.dbc) , color problem it was solved. Maybe I remember wrong

I did it now (fmt19), didn't work

It used to work for FM18 (and I suggest you download and install the licenses fix to solve at least some of the issues related to licensing restrictions) but SI changed the way club colours are displayed in FM19 and the solution you mentioned is not enough for this issue...
