I don't think this is a duplicate, really. Leicester and OH Leuven have the same owners and it appears that this guy shares the same duties across both clubs. Since FM cannot simulate the same person being contracted to 2 clubs at the same time, the next best option of creating 2 different people seems to have been taken.
This is already similarly in place in FM with some owners who have more than 1 club in their portfolio, though none come to mind right now.
